3C S.r.l. designs and manufactures high-precision thermoforming moulds designed to ensure consistent performance, long life and aesthetic quality of thermoformed components. Thanks to our consolidated experience and the use of 5-axis CNC technology, we are able to develop moulds for complex and competitive sectors such as automotive, food packaging, household appliances and industrial design.

Each mould is born from an in-depth analysis of the customer’s specific requirements, with an integrated process that includes CAD-CAM design, precision milling and in-house testing, to ensure maximum reliability during production. We use certified materials and high-accuracy machining, guaranteeing low tolerances and dimensional stability, even for high-volume production.
