Die-casting moulds

3C S.r.l. specialises in the manufacture of die-casting moulds for the production of components made of light alloys such as aluminium and zamak. Our experience and direct control of all production stages allow us to build strong, precise moulds designed to guarantee high performance over time.

The entire process, from CAD-CAM design to machining on 5-axis CNC centres, is managed in-house to ensure quality and consistency with specifications. Each mould is studied down to the smallest detail, with special attention paid to cooling, drafts and injection cycles to optimise productivity and durability.
